Avoid Frank Innes , Central Avenue like the plague.
Continually bad service with lack of communication between team members .
No updates from the branch re. viewings. All contact initiated by myself the vendor. The staff were always too busy to give a reply.
The phone was more often than not on answer phone.

The final straw for us was when eventually 10 months down the line when we had accepted an offer on our property they failed to submit the memorandum of sale to the solicitors.
We only found this out one month later by accident when trying to negotiate the purchase of another house in Yorkshire! So totally no progress.
No Head Office details given to report/escalate complaint.
Not happy to pay any fee!
