Peter from Bury St Edmunds Haart arranged to meet me for a property viewing but he did not turn up and no-one from the Haart office contacted me. When I phoned them to find out where he was, Peter LIED and said that he had cancelled the viewing. He had NOT cancelled the viewing. Indeed, he thus made ME out to be a liar by pretending he had cancelled ! Then he was supposed to phone me back and NEVER DID. That's because he knows he lied. I have complained to BSE office and Head Office, but I doubt anything will be done, they will stick together. I have since discovered others who have problems from Peter. Thankfully the other Estate Agents in BurySt Edmunds have been polite and professional.
