We had put our property up for sale with Connells after their impressive promise that our house would sell quickly and a board was swiftly put up, 2 weeks had gone and we heard nothing, so we had to contact them, was told we had lots of interest but price was too high, we then was told to lower it which we did but on their terms of a boxing day sale!, why they didnt contact us to let us know then we could of lowered the price straight away but we have lost all the interested viewers because of this. The floorplan was wrong, i had been in to get it corrected, still not done!, I had spoken to the manager as i was sold a professional photographer which they could of taken the photos to save me money. I asked him about a refund as mis-sold but he agreed because they breached their contract, at my request, he would close the contract and he didnt help at all with any of our concerns when we went into their office with all the lack of help. I wont ever recommend them and I hope that this review helps others who are considering using them not to!!!! oh and i was told i cannot have the photos taken by the professional photographer as they are theirs, even though I paid for them!!!!!!

They told me specific amounts when I viewed and then tried to charge more than double that after I'd already taken the first step so I couldn't really back out. I complained and they agreed to reduce but this is the only time they've settled a problem.

What agent could do to change your mind?
ON the whole they could have just done their job properly and actually be bothered. Train their staff . Give feedback - not expect the client to chase.
