Extremely unprofessional firm of Estate Agents - having sold a property to us STC they still proceeded to market it and let other purchasers bid for the property and taking their offers to the vendor!! Totally underhand!! Would strongly recommend all prospective buyers stay clear of these agents as they will end up letting you incur fees from your mortgage company and solicitors leaving you out of pocket and nothing to show for it!!

Dear Mrs Budd, I understand your disappointment, unfortunately within this current market place there are more buyers than available properties. We did not continue to market the flat it was removed from our websites when you agred the sale. We were approached by an applicant that viewed it previously, he was told by myself that we had already agreed a sale, although he wanted me to forward his offer to the vendor. We are duty bound to make our vendor aware of this offer and it is always their decision if they wish to change buyers. We are an honest family business and I am sorry that things have not worked out this time. I wish you all the best, Kind regards Matt Morrissey.
