After reviewing several online agents my decision to use them proved to be the right one. They supplied all the relevant help and tools I needed to initially set it up but I loved being in control of my own page, having the ability to update it has been so beneficial - changing pictures and adding my own to suit the different seasons, for example. Great to wake up, look out of the window and think 'that would make a great picture' and be able to post it to the page, simplicity itself. Even 'shutting down' (which saved my time period) when I went away. All prospective viewings efficiently emailed and texted to me, the site simple to navigate with regard to choosing what days and times I wished to see people. Every viewing was followed up promptly by them informing me feedback had been requested, and the feedback I received by email was very helpful. If no contact was made they tried several times, and were always on the end of the phone to discuss, advise and help with any queries I had. Can't fault any of their sales staff, all polite helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure to reduce in price, listed on all the major web portals exactly as with a high street agent, and one set fee paid at the start with no massive bill to pay now I've sold. Saving of over £6,000. Yes you have to do your own viewings, but having always done those anyway it was certainly no hardship! Great online company, you deserve to do well.
