I sold my late mother's retirement apartment in my capacity as her Executor following her sudden death in summer 2015. This unwelcome task was made more difficult as I live almost 200 miles away from her home and I didn't know any estate agents in the area. I interviewed four St Neots agents by telephone to obtain details of their services and fees, and my brother who was over from the USA for our mother's funeral also spoke with a couple of these agents in person. I was impressed by Shaun Coulson's approach, manner, and professional attitude on the telephone and this was confirmed when my brother met him in person. I have also spoken with Matthew Jones and e-mailed and spoken with Mark Allum, and they also were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional.
I was kept up-to-date with all aspects of the marketing and ultimate sale of the property. Almost all communication was by e-mail and telephone along with some postal mail for essential documents due to the distance of myself from St Neots, and this approach worked very well.
Even though their fees were competitive, the overriding consideration in choosing Harvey Robinson was their flexibility and their positive and friendly attitude. I'm pleased to say that they have done an extremely good job in helping me in a difficult time and have no hesitation in recommending them.
