I cannot fault the purchase of this property. As a cash buyer, knowing the area, knowing exactly what I wanted, it was never going to be difficult. Indeed I have spent more time and hassle buying a sweater. But you never can be too sure. Both Paula and Paul gave me confidence that they were working for both the vendor and for me to ensure a smooth and satisfactory outcome. I think I can safely say we are all happy! Thank you Perry Bishop.
