Someone once said to me, ''Moving is the most stressful thing you will ever do in your life'', well not if Balgores are dealing with it, let me tell you. From the moment my house went on the market until the day of completion, all the staff at Balgores made the transaction so easy and stress free I really cannot thank them all enough. The pictures were taken on a Sunday afternoon and the advert went live by monday afternoon. By monday evening there were 8 bookings lined up, 7 for the following night and by wednesday the property was sold. I have never known anything like this before It really does beggar belief. Although every single member of staff i spoke to were professional and attentive, I have to mention Raja. The Magic Money Man i call him. We had some real issues with mortgages and figures etc but he managed to speak to his vast panel of lenders and in the end we got the deal we wanted and thus the house of our dreams. I would also like to thank Gavin. The man who steers the ship. He was always chasing, calling and making sure things were done efficiently and quickly. Well done Balgores and thank you very much. You should all be very proud of yourselves and you deserve all the credit you get.
