We've had a very reliable and consistent 5-star service from Prospect from viewings to letting, and a very good relationship starting out with the Property Management aspect during the tenancy.
The service has impressed compared to competitors throughout and it has been a great relief to have such thorough attention to detail given to our letting. I would be very happy to recommend this agent.

Comment on agent fees
The only reason for making this a 4 star review is because I think the fees are over-priced. Prospect have given us faultless service throughout, they charge less than their local competitors and I am sure they provide far better value. But I don't think this entirely justifies the premium. I am very familiar with renting in London, having just departed the area and I am surprised to find fees higher in Berkshire.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
