Absolutley appalling, My house was sold by another agent, they charged me half the price and sold it in 4 weeks, The supposed area manager is a tanned arrogant bully, i asked him to remove my property on several occassions as my buyers were panicking and he refused, its still in their window and on rightmove his behaviour is disgusting i would NEVER use or reccommend them to anyone, they charged me nearly £500 for pictures which i got free elsewhere and a 3% commission which i got elsewhere for 1% they prey on the vulnerable
