This company is a disgrace. They are pompous and arrogant. We were renting a property that they were managing. We had a clear agreement with the landlord that no-one should enter the property without his or our presence which had been communicated to HudsonMoody. Despite this we discovered that HudsonMoody had provided an electrician with the keys to the house and was given unescorted access to the property. Ben Hudson, the company director, stated it was a clerical error.
Ben Hudson conducted our exit inspection during a rain swept day. We had cleaned the cream coloured carpets with industrial cleaning equipment. He thought it appropriate to walk over the carpets without even offering to remove his shoes (the carpets were dry). When we highlighted our concerns he made no comment and continued with the inspection.

Just admit that you are wrong for once Hudson Moody and accept some responsibility that you are pretty much the worst letting agents in the country - your response reeks of arrogance and blatant dishonesty. Jan 25, 2012
Hudson Moody have investigated this and found that the tenant was written to prior to the inspection , Ben Hudson never went beyond the hallway at the inspection as the inspection was carried out by the property manager, he never walked on any carpets. This is the sort of nonsense we have to deal with.

I was just stopping by to leave a review on the most unprofessional arrogant letting agents I have ever has the misfortune of dealing with.
Im actually stunned that they responding on a review website that can be seen by potential landlords and tenants by saying 'This is the sort of nonsense we have to deal with'. What an absolute disgrace and were I the owner of this company at be ashamed by the numerous 1 Star reviews. Not only are they extremely pompous and arrogant they are clearly very stupid to make such disrespectful comments towards customers in private or over a review site. They are also extremely defensive in their response to you and not at any point apologetic which is pretty much how the 'director' Kristian Wass was towards me yesterday!
