Made an enquiry over the phone with a lovely lady (didn't get her name) about a property to rent in Rodley, Leeds. She took my details and said someone would get back to me the following day. Someone did, a different lady (no name again, sorry) she was sorry with me and quite unhelpful, never the less an appointment was provisionally made, she said she would confirm it with me (she never did).
I went to the appointment at the time mentioned (3pm), no agent there, phoned them to be told that the agent had just left the office (the office is 5 minutes round the corner from the property on Farsley high Street). 45 minutes later no one had turned up and no phone call explanation.
Very poor way to treat potential customers and I'm sure landlords would be interested in this.
