Amanda Price of Davis Tate has given exceptional service over the last 12 months. Our property is a new build and required many return visits from the builder to rectify problems. Amanda has managed this as if the property was her own and ensured the work was completed to a high standard and the tenants inconvenienced as little as possible. Communication on all issues has been excellent.

1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct.
