What an excellent service, from start to finish. As soon as we went to view our new home (also bought through Mannings), Caroline got in touch to come and view, and value, ours. She was friendly, professional and efficient, and gave us good feedback on our property.
With the help of Caroline and Laura, we got our property on the market, and sold, within 8 days, achieving just shy of the asking price (only because we were desperate to secure our future home). Laura was great at keeping us informed of viewings, and feedback from viewings, and the online customer account is a great idea also.
Once we had accepted an offer, and had our offer accepted, Claire was brilliant in recommending the Manning Stainton mortgage advice service - provided by Steve (also very good) - and made sure that we were informed of progress, right through to completion. There was always someone to speak to at Mannings and/or they would call straight back if we had any queries.
All in all, a great, professional service, and much was done to try and take the edge off what is, inevitably, a stressful process - especially when moving with a 6 month old baby a week before Christmas!
