They have been quick in arranging prospective tenants, and also gave good advice in both letting valuation and the process of tenant selection. They liaised with the selected tenant on credit check and referencing, to signing tenancy and moving in date, to the setting up of direct debits for rent payment and provided regular updates. Overall the whole process was efficient and all due diligence observed. In particular, Stacy Ward who handled our letting had been utmost professional, helpful and diligent. I have no hesitation in recommending this agent to any prospective landlord.

My tenancy agreement stipulates that the deposit will be handled according to the rules of the TDS. These rules stipulate that any uncontested proportion of the deposit will be returned within 10 days. This hasn't happened and you are therefore in breach of contract.
