I'm a first time buyer. What we loved about the RR staff at Willerby is that they were patient, polite, professional, friendly and helpful. This is what any apprehensive, first-time customer would need. They were helpful right from the start. Penny help negotiate the offer. Their mortgage advisor Pete was straightforward and very clear with all the jargons and offers. Sarah and Natasha took over and were excellent at every stage. Their communication skills are very good. Working for the NHS, I realise the importance of all these attributes and I say RR were very good. I'm slowly moving into the property and I am sure they would support me with any initial queries. Would I recommend them? It's a 'Yes' from me!!
