Used three local estate agents to value the property. They were spot on regarding the valuation which took into account its location, size of plot and views etc. Took 3 weeks to receive a full asking price offer. Regular updates by phone both to ourselves and prospective purchaser have been a great help to both parties. Due to my career I have moved 11 times over the last 21 years and would rate Bradleys as one of the best.
