I went to see Darren after seeing a property I was interested in that was advertised through the agency where he is based. Despite that purchase not going through on account of the seller taking the property off the market, the decision to continue using Darren's services whilst looking for another house was an easy one. We quickly found another place we were interested in, and Darren was extremely helpful from start to finish. His confidence throughout that we would get there in the end was really reassuring for my wife and I, despite the fact the property price was at the absolute limit of our means. Darren, Donna and Kerry went the extra mile from the outset to help us complete an extremely complicated purchase, made all the more difficult by the total lack of cooperation from a third party broker who was also involved. The staff at the Mortgage Advice Bureau were always confident and supportive whilst dealing with this issue extremely efficiently, and kept us informed every step of the way. This was our first property purchase, but my next will certainly be done through them.

The fees were very reasonable indeed. Worth every penny.
