Thank you to both Jessica and Paulina. I often spoke to Paulina as Jessica was out of the office and she was very polite and helpful.
Jessica was helpful and the team did well at getting our papers sorted quickly. The only reason I did not give an 'Excellent' is because I think the team could work after hours on certain occasions, or work on Saturdays like at other estate agents. The fact that they're not flexible with their hours meant that we could not move in on the move-in date but had to move in two days later. If one person had been there on Saturday to process the documents, or stayed 2 hours later on a Friday, it would have been fine!
