Save your money and use someone else! i used this company a few years ago and managed to sell a property ok. they took calls and gave my number to the clients directly. Now things have changed... they have not scaled the business as they have grown, so are unable to take calls and book viewings effectively. i paid for a listing of a property away from where i lived, so was unable to do the viewings myself. they offer the service of viewings but have never managed to book one in in 6 months. we have had potential clients walking around the property outside, when the neighbours engaged in conversation they were told that after many calls housesimple hadn't booked them in for a viewing. so the neighbours gave my number. i paid for professional photos and floor plan. the photos were taken but never added to the site, nor was the floor plan. i gave up calling to try to get them added as i was continuously told someone would call back and they never did, so my listing only has my own photos. can you imagine a high street agent making you use your own photos?!. now six months later and they have sent an email telling me they are deactivating my listing because my time is up... i paid them £950 for an all in service?!.. Now listing with a high street agent as i may pay £7k but ill probably achieve more than £7k on the sale so it will be free.. please save your money and avoid*
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agency should do what they promise and charge for, if i pay for pictures they should be added to the site, if i pay for floorplan it should be added to the site, if i call to rectify these problems someone should be available to deal with them, if you promise to call back... you guessed it, you should call back. if you are to offer a service of providing viewings that you have charged for, you should provide viewings at the same times as normal agents provide viewings, not tell me once i have paid that you only show viewing 9-5pm monday to friday.

paid ‚£950 up front for a complete service as you would get from a high street agent as the property was 300 miles from me, i have never had anything i have paid. i would like a refund but they never call back to discuss my problems and nobody is ever available when i call.
