This is a highly professional and enviable agency. The premises are easily accessed, with own parking, attractive and spacious, with comprehensive displays and a well-staffed, comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Advertising is regular and countrywide, attracting local and distant buyers. I have both bought and sold through this branch, which, though always straightforward and successful, improves each time. The service is prompt, by telephone, email or letter.
What is outstanding is not only honesty, rare enough in these times, but the individual care, attention and advice provided by Peter McHugh and Lindsay Braddick , who knew what they are talking about and saw the sale through from start to finish. No matter how doubtful one might have felt about selling in a difficult market at the wrong time of year, confidence in the sales team was inspired from the start. They brought experience of every aspect of the business and were able to recommend other relevant professionals, besides paying attention to the smallest detail at the property or in the office.
The impression left is that these are not people out to make a 'quick buck' but are building business relationships to last: clients are amongst friends. Other enterprises would do well to take note!
