I am the Landlord and I think it is important to distinguish between the responsibilities of the Landlord and the Agent. The agent can only contact and advise and the Landlord is responsible for authorising relevant action and expenditure.
As far as I am aware, Envisage advised me promptly of the problems. I attempted to have the machine repaired, but this was not possible and so a new machine was ordered. I am not sure why there were difficulties with delivery because I think this was with Appliances Online and they have proved very reliable in the past.
It is true that it wasn't clear if the unit required was a "stand alone" or "integrated" machine and Envisage should have recorded and advised that and it slowed matters down.
In any case I am sorry that you have been inconvenienced and I do hope that there will be no further issues during the remainder of your residence.
It is also worth mentioning that Stacey, who is mentioned here, came in at the end of the process and as such is blameless in this matter.
