Carol was excellent, very clear, very supportive and took all the stress and hassle of the sale. She arranged and carried out all the viewings, leaving me free to go on without the disruption. She gave very helpful,appropriate advice and was fully professional but very friendly and supportive. She gave advice about prices and offers and did all the negotiating to a high standard. She was always contactable and responsive. When the first offer fell through due to a chain collapse she quickly got the house on the market again and negotiated a fair price. I would certainly recommend this company. They gave a full service at the same rate that many others leave you to do all your own viewing and arrangements.
