This is the second time we have arranged a mortgage through Jo and she has literally saved our bacon on both occasions! We tried to originally arrange a new mortgage deal directly through our current lender but this proved a nightmare from the outset and having just had my first baby it was stress and effort I really did not have the time for!
I made an appointment with Jo and as ever she was an absolute godsend, we had some bumps along the way but she fought tooth and nail to ensure we got the mortgage offer we needed. Her services and knowledge is invaluable and I will never attempt to arrange a new mortgage without her!
Donna always kept us updated along the way and was always on hand for any queries to ensure a smooth transaction to the end.
If you want to take the stress and hassle out of arranging a mortgage I would 110% recommended using this service.

Comment on agent fees
The fees for using the service are reduced if you take out life insurance through the advisor, but all in all it is great value for money and worth every penny. You are given personalised, tailored advice and nothing is ever too much trouble. Any queries are always address quickly and efficiently.
