Polite, and helpful. Phil was very proactive and good with communication which was very reassuring. Being kept updated, and in the loop of the process, and what was happening was vital, via both phone and emails.
Mark was competent, accurate, and knowledgeable of both the market and area. His calm manner and advice showed the breadth of his experience, which we relied on heavily as they handled all the viewings for us. The entire team was competent. The process was transparent and straightforward. We would recommend the agents highly.
