Dear Sir,
I would like to congratulate Toby Gooding for the excellent work he has done. His professionalism, effectiveness and kindness has made the process of search for my applicant a truly enjoyable experience.
The search was not easy and context neither, as applicant was coming from abroad, just for a few days, with very specific area and constraints. Toby took into account all contraints and managed through a thorough selection of properties to understand the market constraints and choose the property most adequate to her specific needs ( garden, 5' walk from her antique boutique, separate space for her son etc.. ) Toby truly tried to accommodate to the maximum her needs which provided an excellent service.
He also made the search to finalisation a truly pleasant one ( which is rare ! ;-) )
Please congratulate Toby on our behalf. He is a real asset to Faron Sutaria. He also recommended me to your colleague from another branch to match specifically another requirement. So he has clearly a vision that goes beyond his specific responsibilities!
