My girlfriend and I were looking for a property to rent, we need it to match certain criteria because of my work. Thought they were very helpful on the phone at first and organised a viewing the next day. Arrived at the property on time, agent named callum arrived on time and showed us around this great house. Then the issues started. He knew no answers to our questions, we told him we were new at this and he was the worse liar in sales I have ever come across. We knew a viewing had taken place the previous evening, he said they were interested etc which you expect a sales man to say.
We went back decided we wanted it and within a matter of a couple of hours we were back in agents speaking to anisa (the director) and handing in our forms and paying our holders fee. Again I explained every part of our situation being self employed etc, gave them what they asked. They called up asking for more stuff which was with them within hours. She even said we have this property they are just waiting for the credit check, we had passed that at the bank as we got a joint account there ready for the bills.
Last night they call me saying we can't have the property. After half hour of arguing with anisa whose customer skills are clearly where the bad business comes from they say we can't afford the property. I said to her I can clearly afford it on my own never mind what my girlfriend is adding to it. I said I could show proof of savings which were not asked of us. They said it wasn't up for discussion.
Horrible people, joke business DO NOT USE THESE!
