Glynn Parsons from the outset was unhelpful, provided the minimum information despite repeated attempts at gaining information on a block that was due to undergo replacement of windows and roof. No costs/projections were provided although he did allow me access with my builder to work out costs to internally refit. Instead of turning up he sent his even more clueless colleague Ritu who was sneary and proceeded to barrage my builder on how much it would cost to do the flat up to HIS specs (this was my second visit following a second offer which I was assured was a good offer). I made 3 offers (despite lack of information) on the flat in total-NONE of which Glynn got back to me with responses from the vendor leaving me to continuously call him despite promises from him and his colleagues (who were constantly covering for him -he was never in the office, even when they were having their morning internal meeting). I never received a single formal written confirmation on ANY of the three offers I made and Glynn kept me hanging on for 3 weeks making me think I had a chance at buying the flat, only to drive past the placard outside today with a SOLD sign outside. Time wasters, rude, unhelpful and not interested in actually selling anything (or perhaps just trying to get customers into a bidding war) or being upfront and honest about ANYTHING. I am so disappointed in this firm that I would award them -5 stars if that was an option. Jackson Noon, Ewell you should be ashamed of yourselves or at the very least shut down. Use these time wasters at your own peril.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Glynn Parsons could have been more responsive and honest. Three days without a response waiting for me to call him back is disgraceful.
