I was very pleased with how Auction House dealt with the selling of my house. They were very helpful and professional, keeping me informed of any interest in the property and updated on the amount of people coming to the viewings. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell at auction.
Comment on agent fees
The fees are more than I would have paid if I had sold my house through an estate agent but the sale went through a lot quicker, and I was not left hanging about waiting for a buyer.

Hello Richard,
We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
