We were extremely grateful for the professional and supportive service Stirling Ackroyd provided to enable us to sell our flat. We felt that all the staff at the Chatsworth Road, Hackney Branch were very accommodating and approachable in supporting us through the whole process. I felt that they provided us with a bespoke service to mirror our requirements. We had just recently had a baby and we were very appreciative of the level of care and flexibility Stirling Ackroyd gave us. As I was on maternity leave I was around for all the viewings and I was extremely impressed with the manner in which the staff from Stirling Ackroyd conducted the viewings. Our property sold very quickly and I do believe this was down to the outstanding professional service Stirling Ackroyd provided. Alex Broadfoot, our main contact at the branch, was particularly supportive to us all throughout the process. He was extremely hard working, always kept us up to date with any developments and we never felt like he didn't have time for us. We are particularly grateful for his time and effort in ensuring we were comfortable and happy with the sale of our property. We felt he spent time getting to know what we wanted and how we wanted the process to pan out and as a result we felt we got a very personalised service. We would like to thank Alex hugely for his help. If we were selling a property again we would use Stirling Ackroyd again and we would one hundred percent recommend them to any other potential sellers.

Could be cheaper, I'm not exactly sure how some of the fees are justifiable eg admin. I'd be happy to come to your office and do it myself
