Thank you for your comments. I am disappointed that you have not used my feedback as an opportunity to address the issues in you agency and learn from this experience.
My message was not triggered by frustration of losing, it is coming out of frustration of participating in an unfair process, like losing a football match with a corrupted referee, you will be frustrated as well.
It is absolutely not true that your agent/agency has informed us in writing about the offers, Jordan only wrote to me when I have prompted him to do so. If you challenge him, you will see for yourself that he will have no documentation to demonstrate that he communicated in writing the multiple offers received along during the process. If this is a legal requirement, then your agency is breaching that duty.
When the bidding reached 890000, your agent told us that the seller is looking for final offers and make a decision. However, our offer was not kept confidential and Jordan disclosed that to the other party, perpetuating the bidding process. When my husband challenged him, he admitted that he should have done a sealed bid, but did not think appropriate to apologise and the result was that the bidding continued, maintained by the agent. We would absolutely understand that this is convenient for the seller, who is happy about the higher price achieved; we also absolutely understand that your agency is happy, achieving a higher commission, but it does so at the cost of breaching the legal requirements and being unprofessional, you are not treating all your customers fairly.
Your agency is poorly rated overall and you must admit that there must be a reason for that. All your replies are defensive, in stead of showing willingness to listen and improve the way you are working. If you will continue to approach feedback in the way you did, in stead of learning from this experience and addressing the issues, your agency rating will continue to be the same, no matter how much you will like to blame the customers.
I did not find easily a way to leave a feedback directly on your agency website, hence, the review on this site.
I am so sorry, I will have to maintain I cannot recommend your agency.
