i contacted them four times (different ways) to view a property. Finally after getting back to me. There was no Response when i told them i wanted to buy a property
Do sellers know this is how there agent is behaving .

When we are dealing with other offers we try to be as fair as possible and offer you the chance to come back with your very best offer. Kamlesh - good for you if you find Jessica honest and open however you have no idea of what took place. It is commendable that somebody who lives in NW1 (which I believe is in London) has such close contact with a Leicester Estate Agent and springs to her defence!!! For your information this was not a case of "sour grapes" as Jessica spoke with the vendor and our offer was ACCEPTED - based on a sum that the Vendor was willing to accept and was HIGHER than our original offer. If a company charges a management fee in the rent then it should be obliged to manage the property or to remove the fee and stop misleading landlords and tenants alike.
