Deciding to put our property on the market was a a big decision for our family with a new arrival planned for just 5 months time. With the market slowing down and Christmas fast approaching, the Droitwich team were not given an easy task. Or so you'd have thought? They found us 3 buyers in 3 weeks. To us it appeared to be easy but behind the scenes Paul, Tash and Karen worked tirelessly to negotiate the right offers and to gain commitment to move within our set time frame. I feel, the difference between this firm and all the others, was the focus on getting us 'the right' buyer, not the first one or the highest offer. Karen in particular, offered an extremely professional, experienced and empathetic opinion on our situation and liased with us daily to keep us up to date of progress within the chain. She also gave us exceptional service and support in purchasing our new build from Bovis. The team were a joy to work with but Karen really did make it a smooth, rapid and efficient process that meant we avoided unnecessary stress. She was incredibly caring towards my state of health and well being whilst expecting and moving and I feel though I made a lovely friend for whom is responsible in helping us buy our dream family home. Thank you, doesn't really do it justice.

We experienced similar problems with Nicol&Co. Very reluctant to attend to repairs and very defensive when challenged on unacceptable actions. They try to defend the indefensible. Very poor. ...
