Dear Sirs,
Both members above dealt with the whole process very personably and professionally.
This included personal sensitivity following our separation as well as the chain breaking down and putting us in the picture with options and following instructions through in a timely and more than satisfactory manner. I always felt they kept us in the loop and had our interests at the forefront.
