Thank you so much for all the help and support you gave us in selling our house. Fees very reasonable, well worth paying the extra compared to an online only agent. They present the property very well and arranged viewings promptly and efficiently. You just don't get that with online only agents and that can only harm your prospects of getting the best price for your property.

I think the estate agent’s fees charged were very reasonable as the job performed by the staff, the marketing of the property and service provided is excellent. Although I’m sure online estate agents may appear cheaper, the service offered by the Hagley Branch far outweighs that small saving.

I think the estate agents fees charged were very reasonable as the job conducted by the staff, the marketing of the property and service provided is what you pay for. I would much rather pay a fair price knowing that the job is going to be carried out well than pay a cheap price to save money, at the same time I would be annoyed knowing I had paid too much money for a service that I did not feel I get.

If I had any criticism, it is that Oulsnam are not the cheapest. I think with the increase in online services and buyers doing the majority of looking on websites rather than leg work from the estate agents, this needs to be reflected in the cost.
