I owned a flat inGlasgow City Centre and when I was initially looking for a prospective tenant, a few years ago to rent it, I chose Chris Chalmers from D J Alexanders. He knew the rental market and found the perfect tenant immediately at the rent he had suggested. I recently decided to sell the property and I was very fortunate because Chris Chalmers had by this time moved to head the Sales Department of DJ Alexanders. His professionalism and knowledge of the property in Glasgow is impressive. He has a quiet helpful manner which must most definitely be an attribute in putting the prospective buyers at their ease. He knows exactly how to pitch the sale of a property; from how to set the offers over price to when to set the closing date. That shows his professionalism at its best! Even once an offer was made and accepted he made sure that he kept in contact with the prospective buyers and myself, as the seller, in order to ensure that the legalities of the purchase process was carried out efficiently to reach completion.
Chris was a pleasure to deal with throughout the last few years and has the ability to make a potentially stressful situation of selling a property as hassle free as possible. His modest manner is a huge asset in how he presents himself as a representative of D J Alexanders.

I was happy to pay the agreed fee as I am sure that Chris had sold the property at the best possible price.
