Country properties pulled out all the stops to put our house on the market in time to secure the property that had tempted us to sell! We'd had our house valued several months before and been reluctant to go any further in terms of getting our house photographed and having plans drawn up even though the agent advised us it would be wise just incase. When the perfect property came up and we were unprepared, Country Properties came to see us straight away. The house was on the market 2 days later and we had 17 viewings booked in for the weekend. I believe extra staff were laid on to help with the viewings and we had several generous offers on the table by the end of the weekend. Without the phenomenal efforts of all the staff at Country Properties Hitchin we think we would've been pipped to the post and missed out on our new home! Thanks to everyone involved for making it happen. We are so excited about the move.
