Excellent service from start to finish..I had a property to sell that was my late fathers and they was a lot of complications with it... James and his staff was brilliant and took on all the stress and the legal side of it...he was very prompt with dates.. paperwork etc and at ever stage I was undated,,
James and his staff was very sympathetic and helpful regarding my situation and explained and advised me on everything...and didn't drag my sale out,, from start to finish it just took under 8 weeks.
I would recommend Auction house to anyone... And can not thank them enough!!

Hello Richard,
We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
