We wanted to make arrangements sell our house quickly having found our perfect new home whilst on holiday in the West Country. We had already had initial exploratory valuation discussions with Gina and Carsons were the natural choice to then progress the house sale on our behalf. At all stages Gina and her team were realistic, helpful, available and guided us through the process in an extremely short timeframe. From deciding to proceed and sell, completing the neccessary paperwork, preparing the marketing, advising on an excellent conveyancer and then arranging and managing first and secong viewings, through to feedback and then a good £ proceedable offer being made and accepted, we are delighted to say took an amazingly short 7, yes seven days!! This allowed us to become proceedable with our new property which we move into shortly. To say we are delighted with our choice of Carsons really is an understatement! Gina professionally guided us through the process with warmth, patience and understanding whilst liaising behind the scene with our buyers, our solicitor and the estate agents in the West Country throughout. Who says moving house is one of the most stressfull things you can do - pah! - not if you use Carsons!!
