I used Frankilin Allen Legal Services to deal with the sale of our house. Tim and his assistant Linda have been amazing. Even whilst Tim was out of the office recently, we were comfortable that all was in hand and knew Linda had the knowledge and consideration to update us on progress in Tim's absence. Tim has gone far above and beyond with the work he has done for us and we couldn't thank him enough. If you want a proactive and professional service - these guys are spot on! We will certainly use them again - just wish we had found them years ago!
