Full explanation of all levels of service and costs at initial appointment. Photographs taken to encourage prospective tenants which was listed and advertised very quickly, viewings undertaken and a suitable tenant found and vetted as normal before taking up tenancy. The whole process was managed efficiently and effectively. I look forward to a trouble free period of guaranteed rent.
Comment on agent fees
I do find them rather high but it is necessary to have the peace of mind and guaranteed rent.

Unfortunately if you put the wrong information in to your Rightmove enquiry, as you did by saying you had a house to sell, it is not our fault we cannot action your request when instructed by the vendor to only allow viewings with buyers in a postion to proceed. Gabi rang back twice with no answer. We even had an email reply from you acknowledging our calls.
