My elderly parents decided to move to a Nursing Home for health reasons and I needed to sell the property within a reasonable time period. I contacted three Estate Agents in Chandlers Ford including Stanfords. I decided to appoint Stanfords because their Senior Branch Manager, Billy Harrow, was in my opinion, by far the most positive, pro-active and informative of the three Estate Agents. He listened to my views and requirements and suggested a couple of alternative ways to proceed with the sale. I took his advice which proved to be 'spot on'. Within three weeks he had arranged an Open Day with viewings by appointment only which resulted in 11 viewings. Two days later he had received 9 final bids for me to choose from. In fact the property sold for more than the proposed asking price of the other agents.
Bradley, Tim and the rest of the staff have kept me fully informed throughout the progress of the sale and dealt with any questions and concerns I have had in a prompt and professional manner.
I have sold several properties through Estate Agents in the past and I can honestly say I have never had such a fantastic service. I highly recommend the team at Stanfords, Chandlers Ford.
Comment on agent fees
Stanford's Fees were a little lower than the fees of the other agents although this is not the main reason I decided use them.
