Pat Boycott was excellent in facilitating the sale process regardless of the fact that she was representing the vendor, she was quite impartial. This is a distinct quality most sales rep fail to get right, knowing the purchaser is as much of a customer as the vendor. I can a test to this fact as I was also buying another property from another agency which turned out to be a bad experience. From an unprofessional approach to planning with a vendor to bypassing legal frameworks. Pat also was quite hands on during the conveyancing up until contract exchange. Stellar service and quite non-intrusive.
I also mentioned Sarah Morgan as she helped with securing the mortgage via the mortgage advice bureau who did everything to ensure a suitable product is sought from and independent approach. Although at the start it seemed daunting, I guess it is the case with every first sale where checks and trust need to be established.
It is worth mentioning Callum Conor from a viewing arrangement assistance with my constant pestering. He was quite supportive and patient and flexible with my numerous demands.
Finally, Anne Beech also added a valued with the sales process ensuring comms are kept up and a single POC.
I cannot but recommend Ryder & Dutton Middleton team from a buyer perspective, a highly impartial professional team.
