After viewing the property i started negotiating about the rent. The landlord (according to Cound) was not willig to supply furnishing information until the price was right for her?! Seems a bit weird to me as you negotiate based on the furniture you are about to get. No one bids on a flat that is currently empty and is supposed to come furnished but no one will tell you ehat it will be furnished with you would say.. Still i increased my offer after viewing the unfurnished property again and basically offered the landlords asking price after a 3weeks process where Cound provided very little costumer service if any at all. After not hearing anything back for 2 days i contacted cound again only to hear that they can't get hold of their landlord. This went on for 6 days after putting in the offer of the asking price eith less than a week due for my anticipated and communicated move in date. Cound still tells me they can't get hold of their landlord. No apologies, no remedy and no cooperation what so ever after 3 weeks if not more of trying to move in to obe of their properties.

Extremely unprofessional and mind-blowingly rude!! Can you imagine if i would become homeless which thank god did not happen. One expects that when there is a price agreed that when offered withot conpetition you would proceed to finalising and signing the contract. Not with COUND!!

AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT TRYING TO RENT A PROPERTY!!!

I can see why the company/landlord didn't want you as a tenant. You appear to be very self entitled. An agent's job is to find the most suitable applicant for a property. Also, if a landlord cannot be contacted for whatever reason, then he cannot be contacted; he is the client and you are applying to live in his property. I think this person should consider what he says before libelling an entire company. This would be unacceptable anywhere but on the internet.

Cound is by far the most dishonest agency I have ever come across. If you are renting through them, make sure they don't also have the landlord of your flat on their books (clearly without being open about this) and simultaneously try to sell the ...
