Absolutely horrendous service. They prey on Students in the middlesbrough area. The house was an absolute death trap and we were promised it would be sorted before we moved in. Nothing occurred to better the situation the whole year and then upon leaving the property in a better state than we arrived they charged us £388 (there was a £300 deposit). After refusing to deal with us in store we then contacted the DPS and after much debate and evidence on our side, they refunded us £250 of the deposit. That's £338 less than they originally demanded. Absolutely disgusting. Do not trust them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
In order for these people to improve there practice would require a complete turn around in idelolgy its clear that their whole business practice is to put their landlords first in all circumstances. They will lie and cheat to get the most out of their tennants including planing so that things that were wrong in the first place will be used at the end to withhold deposits.Attached Filesnbsp;

Fees would be acceptable even though it is un fairly high due to us being students but this is the same with all agents, however the fees are unacceptable in this case due to hunters terrible attitude and abuse of powerAttachments
