Having watched the market for several years trying to find the right property in the right location, we were beginning to lose hope. One Wednesday lunchtime my husband called me to tell me about a property Stanfords were selling. It was vacant and in an extremely popular road. My response was that there was no point looking as we hadn't sold our property. However, my husband went into Standfords and spoke to Billy who was helpful, interested and absolutely sure that he could sell our house quickly which would give us a chance of securing the property we wanted to buy.
By close of play on Thursday he had viewed our property, written up details and arranged 6 viewings for the next day and weekend. By Friday morning we had a full asking price offer and on the following Monday our offer was accepted on the property we wanted to buy.

The sale moved very quickly and easily with fantastic communication from Bradley. He has done everything he can to make the whole process as stress free as possible and has been a true professional! My husband and I have said on several occasions that we wouldn't hesitate to offer him a job at our own company.

Well done Stanfords. Great service and we have nothing but praise for you all.
