We found the service and attention to detail of both Leigh Lawler and Emily King very honest, professional and patient through the eleven months between putting our house on the market and finally moving.
Our own house attracted plenty of viewings and interest but we lost two bungalows to buyers quicker able to complete. Our first sale was frustrated by our buyer's buyer pulling out. We all started again after seven months, Lawler & Co found a house we liked (still do!) and guided the process patiently through a chain of seven, somewhat testing on the nerves.... But it all came good and Lawler & Co never gave a hint of losing interest. Thoroughly recommended.
