I found both Rosie and Ellie extremely professional. Ellie was realistic and honest from the start. When we first invited agents to pitch for the property to sell, we approached three in particular. Ellie was the only one who came across realistic and down to earth with her advice. We settled on an asking price, and, even though another agent was jumping through hoops for us to give him the property to sell, I chose Ellie because of her professional, solid and realistic approach. She made a promise and she upheld it. This was to sell the house by the end of November, with as much ease as possible. It was a traumatic sale for me, as it was my mum's house. But both Ellie and Rosie were the epitome of sensitivity and consideration. They have both handled all aspects of the sale impeccably and ensured that a poignant and heart wrenching process for me was handled by them with the greatest care and consideration. If you are looking for honesty, roundedness and realism then go to Coopers. If you are looking for an agent who delivers a promise, then go to Coopers. If you are looking for an agent who, at all times, treats you with utter respect and keeps you informed and updated, go to Coopers. I cannot fault their attitudes, approach, expertise and skill. Impeccable sums it up in one word. Thank you Ellie and thank you Rosie. I truly appreciate the way you have handled such a distressing sale for me. Bless you both.
