I have had to deal with this company for over a year now and I moved out 2 months ago and have still not received my deposit back and yet they are getting into contact with me and demanding I reply within 24 hours after no word from them for 2 months. They also charged me £45 for a reference when I left and are trying to charge me for a carpet steam clean even though the new tenants have been there for 2 months now. Also any correspondence I have had with them through a girl call Laura has been very hard.* Just a terrible experience. I would never rent from them or recommend them to anyone.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Turned up on time. Ensured that the viewing times were adhered to. Ensured that we could access the property to view it. Showed more enthusiasm for the property. Been aware of the fact that a security deposit had already been paid and accepted before we got a chance to step over the threshold. Kept us informed.
