I have been with Dafydd Hardy over 2 years, part way through our 3rd tenancy and looking to fill our 4th tenancy. The first year was very much a learning curve for me but fortunately Sharon did a sterling job advising me and managing the incoming tenants and the legal paperwork. I was then moved in to the hands of Arj but started to notice the service slipping, I'm not so sure he wasn't too busy nevertheless the service slipped drastically. I did the courses through Landlord Accreditation to learn more about the legal side which highlighted concerns in the second tenancy in regard to legal requirements not being met? I felt I needed to really push early before the 3rd tenancy to make sure the legal side was done properly, which was a real negative and I had some decisions to make. I was informed that Arj had moved on and changes were being made so I decided to see these changes out. The first sign of improvement came through Nikki but then Christmas came early, Tracey arrived to look after my business. In a very short time she has given me confidence on the legal administration side of things, already started to change processes to ensure the legal administration and dates are done properly in the future and generally make my life a whole lot easier and less stressful, I can start looking for more properties soon if this carries on!!!! While the service is this good I'll be staying with Dafydd Hardy, cheers guys, Jason

Tracey & Nikki are both excellent members of a great lettings team we've developed within the business. We're always trying to grow and develop the staff to ensure we remain the local experts for our customers - something I hope you've noticed during your time as a customer. The majority of our Lettings Team have now attended a Landlord Accreditation Wales course, with the rest of the team also completing the Rent Smart Wales course early next month. This is just a small part of an on-going training scheme, that I hope gives our staff the tools to aid you and your tenancies, better than any other local agent.
